NEW for 2010 - I am pleased to announce that I will be hosting my own internet radio show named the "Mo Knows Fitness Show". I will feature guests from all over the fitness world. From the very famous to local competitors and promoters. So stay tuned and give it a listen.

They are also two of the best & kindest people in our industry.

I also had the opportunity to interview Gale Elie. Gale, along with her fiance' IFBB Pro & 2009 Mr. Olympia Dexter Jackson, promote the IFBB Jacksonville Pro / NPC Dexter Jackson Classic. Gale & Dexter put on a 1st class show & they continue to give back to their community. Listen as we talk about the preperations for the show and Gale's return to the NPC National level figure stage.
